TectArch is the flagship company of the TectArch Group, established in 2017 by Architect Atu Msiska. It focuses primarily on innovative architecture, interior design, and construction services for residential, commercial, and industrial projects in domestic and international markets.
Services Offered:
TectArch provides a full range of architectural services, including conceptual design, planning, project management, interior design, and construction management. It prides itself on pushing boundaries, exploring new forms, materials, and technologies, while ensuring authenticity, functionality, and creative expression in its designs.
Philosophy:
TectArch believes in translating clients' dreams and visions into functional realities, deviating from prescriptive design principles, and fostering a collaborative approach to design and construction.
TECTARCH Estate (PTY) LTD,
Overview:
TectArch Estate is a unique entity within the TectArch Group, established in 2021 by Architect Atu Msiska. It serves as both an estate architectural firm and an equity exchange business, offering a distinct approach to architectural services.
Primary Objective:
TectArch Estate acts as a vehicle for equity trading, enabling clients who may not have the financial means to pay for architectural services to exchange a percentage of land ownership for architectural fees.
Equity Trading Model:
Clients can trade a percentage of land ownership calculated based on the value of architectural fees, allowing them to access architectural services without upfront payment. TectArch Estate is only liable for profits and not losses or expenses incurred due to maintenance.
Additional Services:
In addition to equity trading, TectArch Estate also provides estate architectural services, such as developing and amending HOA building guidelines, scrutinizing building plans for estate approval, and facilitating community-focused architectural projects.
TECTARCH Africa (PTY) LTD,
Overview:
TectArch Africa is a subsidiary of TectArch, specializing in projects primarily for the public sector, tenders, and international state projects. It was established to cater specifically to state projects, tendering processes, and construction services.
Services Offered:
TectArch Africa offers a full-service practice, delivering design, documentation, project management, principal agent services, and construction services for various architectural building typologies, predominantly for public sector projects.
Unique Focus:
TectArch Africa is committed to urban and human development across Africa, with a focus on authenticity, functional planning, and community engagement. It embraces the future by exploring new forms, materials, and technologies, while addressing the unique needs and contexts of African communities.
